Value vs Worth vs Right vs Best

There are 5 boxes with one lock on each of them. There are 5 keys, one of them opens their respective locks.

1. Both lock and key are made from Iron
2. Both lock and key are made from Bronze
3. Both lock and key are made from Silver
4. Both lock and key are made from Gold
5. Both lock and key are made from Diamond

If you just try to sell the key of any of these locks in a shop then,

The value of a diamond key > The value of a Gold key > The value of a Silver key > The value of a Bronze key > The value of an Iron key.

Let us say the task is to open the box with the iron lock. Then even though the diamond key has more value, it is worthless to complete our task. The iron key which has less value has the highest worth since only it can open the iron lock.

The gold key and lock are made by the best company in the world which makes locks and keys. The precision and technology used to make are the latest and greatest. In other words the gold key is the best key amongst all, even better than the diamond or Iron key in terms of build quality, look and finish. It still cannot open the Iron lock and key. So the diamond key which has the most value, the gold key which is the best are still not as worthy as the Iron key since iron key is the right key to open the iron lock. 

If the task was to open the bronze lock then the bronze key has the most worth amongst all.

So in life, a person rejected or accepted or selected, it all depends on whether they are the right ones for the task at hand.

 Many of the times the judicial punishment happens during or before the process itself. A person gets automatic bail without even applying for it, if he agrees to keep what he owns as collateral or keeps cash as collateral. All arrest warrants should have an amount specified where if the defendant if pays that cash amount as a collateral in case the person goes missing or absconds. Procedure:

• All arrest warrants will contain an amount in proportion to the person's financial status and multiplied by the severity level of the allegation against the defendant.
• The amount should and must only be decided by a pre defined formula which will be same for everyone and it will be generated by an opensource computer algorithm which must not be adjusted to any one case or person in particular.
• If a person pays this collateral as an assurance of him not absconding then, the person will stay out on auto bail till he gets convicted.
• Upon the defendant's clearance from judiciary, the defendant shall get % interest on his assurance money which will be either 1% per year of the process.

Unclaimed assets in india is growing and it will only grow more since more people are starting to invest and forget. Currently a very small portion of indians invest online and even a smaller % of people nominate or write a will when they are of sound mind and health. The number of places a person has to do nomination for this assets is = number of mutual funds * number of demat accounts * number of bank accounts * number of fixed deposits etc., etc., All investments nowadays require pan card. A central nomination and inheritance department where one can do the nomination against all his assets and this portal should and can pull all his investment assets at one location using his pan card. He may also declare his will here and it should be considered as his will.

1. BII - centralized portal where one can view, edit nominations for all his/her assets
2. Last update overrides the previous but a history of previous nominations is always maintained forever.
3. This overrides any nomination done at the asset's location (with bank or demat account or folios)
4. Upon passing of the asset owner, the institute itself will allocate the assets.
5. Helps to reduce frauds and black money
6. Reduces load on courts

How racist, imperialist, religionist are gaming companies?

Mathematics and pattern, are always the most reliable indications of truth because 2+2 is always 4. I am an avid gamer and from 2 years I mostly play apex legends, an online battle royale game. Asia has highest number of poplation, Asia has the youngest population and Asia also has highest number of gamers but when you see youtube, twitch or any other gaming platform, the celeb gamers are always and mostly only contain people of certain country or region, certain religion, certain color and only they form the 90% of all the top gamers in any platform or in any game, is that a co incidence? Either it means that people of that region, color or creed are just gifted and better at video games and hence they are a superior race/group/color in video games and racial superiority is a statistically proven scientific fact or the system is setup in such a way that only those from that group are set to be on top.

The asian servers for the game apex legend are so slow and buggy that most of the time you want to quit and uninstall the game, this of course discourages any asian to even stream these games, who would want to watch a frozen game? Today [04/07/2021] I noticed that I was getting kicked out of an ongoing game due to a very common error called 'server out of sync' and when I try to start a new game it use to ban me for nearly 10 minutes for abandoning the game early. So the game is punishing the victim (the gamer) instead of the culprit (game developers, game, game server). I took it up to apex legends and reported it on their apex legends thread and as I suspected the post got removed in less than a second all the 3 times. Here are the screen shots of those posts. Yes, I tried to post it as a bug. It was almost certain that it was a bot written to take down all posts which shows the negative side of this game or feedback.

The next thing I did of course was to just take the screen shots and tweet about it. The game is from respawn and EA company and it is not just them. Even companies like Microsoft, you will notice that their treatment towards Asian regions is very partial compared to the America, UK and other white Christian regions. How is that growth of consumption of twitch, YouTube and other such streaming platforms is highest in Asia but Asia gets their least investment and Asians get almost no representations amongst the toppers of each platform? creators in these platforms of white, Christian regions like America, UK with so less population and limited potential for expansion or addition of new viewers make a lot more money than creators in Asia. Highest growth of consumption is in Asia, Highest possibility of addition of new viewers is in Asia but almost none from Asian geographical region? 

The funny thing is as soon as I tweeted this, my account's ban for the game extended to 1 week stating that I have directed hate speech against someone. I in fact report at least 1 or 2 users a day about hate speech directed towards indians, indian accent, pakistani accent, islam, muslim but I have only gotten 1 reply so far from them for taking an action. So amongst 100s of reports of abuse filed by asian indian against hate speech, cheating and more, 1 gets a reply. If I expose their partiality, they remove my posts on reddit within a second and ban me from the platform within minutes citing hate speech. It is almost as if they are holding back on all their players and they will only shoot you down if you have anything to say about them. I remember this is a typical corporate behavior. Usually in a corporate office they will have some unenforced rules which they know and expect all their employees to break (Example: visiting social network on work computer or work time or taking a break longer than certain time etc.,) and they will not act on it and when they want to fire you for the wrong reason, then they will use these unenforced rules and enforce it on you and fire you.

I would If I could 12: Making government employees invested in public education system

 There are a lot of ways to corrupt people today. The beneficiaries can be their children or relatives instead of the corrupt themselves. 

Issues to solve:

1. Corruption in defense using their children
2. Corruption in judiciary and politics using their children
3. Deteriorating education system.

Solution: 

1. If someone's children are studying abroad, they cannot continue in defense, those who have studied abroad should not be allowed to work in defense. 
2. Those who work in government schools, their children should also study only in government schools.
3. If someone's children are studying abroad, they cannot continue in defense, those who have studied abroad should not be allowed to work in judiciary.
4. If someone's children are studying abroad, they cannot continue in defense, those who have studied abroad should not be allowed to contest elections or hold public office.

Government should in future invest most of their education budget to military/NCC schools with mandatory NCC since they inject a strong sense of Discipline and Dedication. Defense can send worthy candidates to other countries for further studies to get upskilled and bring that back to bharath.

I would If I could 11: Using Income Tax to nullify itself and other social problems

  Bharat as of today spends too much time and energy on collecting IT (Income Tax) and sorting out legal issues. The number of tax payers amongst 1.4 billion people less than 22% people pay taxes and IT seems to be making people corrupt than contribute to the economy. A corrupt population won't question a corrupt system or party or politician. IT is also being used to hound, bully opponents of various kind.

Issues to solve:

1. IT department being used as a bully by people with power to bully their opponents
2. Women empowerment is still not upto the mark
3. Sex ratio (less women per men)
4. More parents are being neglected and put into old age homes
5. Participation of women in workforce
6. Increase women's participation in finance and economics

Solution: All tax collected of all women will go to her mother's account if she does not have her own income. After mother's death the beneficiary will be her father. If both of her parents are not alive then the same shall get credited to her mother in law's account and if she too isn't alive then it will go to her father in law's account. Ripple impact and effects are as follows.

1. Parents will encourage their daughters to get higher education and be employed
2. Girl parents do not have to worry about no one looking after them after their girl joins husband's family, especially those with no sons.
3. Girls will not be seen as a burden and their parents will get the support till they are alive.
4. Many women get abandoned by their husband when they get old, or they lose their husband and have none to look after. This will provide them a sense of security.
5. Girls may now get encouraged to be part of the workforce from both parents and in laws family
6. There will be an increase in the registration of businesses and other income generating sources to be listed in the name of their women (daughter, mother, wife etc.,) to get this tax benefit and when it happens it creates an additional financial/economical bondage between the women and men. 

Once this achieves the above fore mentioned goals, especially the positive impacts like F/M ratio, increased participation of women in workforce and economy and if the system later starts giving higher negative returns, too much of a burden to maintain than it is worth to retain, then we can abolish that too. Since now this is not an abolishment of IT, also bundled with a lot of benefits for women and feminism in general, there will be least opposition and most support.
