This is a use case I noticed via a post about how thais are being replaced in thailand, local population and local businesses. Even though a foreigner isn't allowed to own or open a business on his own, the maximum share holding that they can have is 49%, a foreigner will have 30 local thai name sake partners, who might exist or not exist, so in practice he will be the majority stake holder. The other name sake thai participants get a small amount for doing nothing and to stay quiet. Here is the playbook,
- Do business with the restaurant, go eat at a restaurant or get services
- Express dissatisfaction & demand a refund or refuse to pay or ask for a huge discount and threaten them with a bad google review, if they don't budge then do a co ordinated review bombing of their business, while simultaneously boosting reviews for your own competing business
- You ensure money never leaves your circle, you give business only to your circle, your tribe, your people while taking the business from others. What is mine is mine, what is ours is ours, what is theirs is ours.
- As long as it is legal, do not worry about ethics, morals during expansion, capture, displacement or replacement of others and other's business.
- Take help from criminals, employ them to do your bidding, use all loopholes of the system to your advantage so that if you go down, it is a mutual destruction, this ensures that those in the system protects you to protect themselves.
