It is sensible and practical to say that eminem, dre or any of the aftermath/shady crew members may never come to india because asia has never been a big market for hip hop especially india or china and even though there is a great number of audience (india has 1.2 billion population and china has much more) for hip hop most of the stuff is pirated or bootlegged. It is sensible for any successful artist to tour and perform in the countries where he gets his income from like USA, Canada, Europe etc...not india or China or any asian country. The last but most important thing is none of the western artists especially hip hop artists are confident enough that their music or talent can compete against the rich indian or chinese music...India being the oldest culture and musically very rich it is hard for them to make a name here..If any western artist comes to india it is only because they are at the end of their career and they want to make as much money as they want to while they still can. Example:- michael jackson, bryan adams etc...they all came to india not at the peak of their success but when they were almost done with their career....
