A male by nature is a polygamous in nature and a female is unstable like a mercury by nature. Both want the same thing from each other of which the same can't be promised from themselves, both seem to be hypocrites but that is what a modern couple want or may be not all of them but generally almost all of them.

but almost 99% of the world marriages show that a girl marries almost all the time a richer guy, a guy who is economically more well to do than her, when her parents were searching for a groom (arranged marriages, as most of them are arranged in Bharath aka India) the first thing that they look for in a guy is what is his income?!, gone are the days where they use to check whether the guy drinks, smokes, had affairs, what his relatives, neighbors and friends has to say about him, what is the opinion about his family in the society but the first and foremost criteria is that the guy needs to have a much higher income than the girl and her family and in exchange the girl's parents are ready to shell out huge dowry and other amenities like a big fat wedding.

Almost in all of the marriages as I have seen a girl is always better looking than a guy and it is a fact that guys do get attracted to those with great looks than great brain, character with average looks; most of the time they end up with those with whom they got attracted to and end up marrying them. They all say big curves does not matter but all the men ogle, stare and fantasize about them when they see a women with bigger curves.

Who needs to work harder?
Some say the way to a man's heart is through his stomach; that might be true after marriage but before that the way to a man's heart is his eyes and a women's heart is her ears and that's why women do most of the make up and men lie the most.
Women's looks are nothing but a genetic accident. A permutation and combination of genes of her parents which gives her the looks that she has now and all she has to do is to preserve it where as a man the most desired feature in him 'the income' has to be earned most of the time by himself. even if he gets his ancestor's property he still needs to maintain it, grow it and manage it. A girl can maintain her looks by just sitting at home in front of the mirror but a guy has to go out, work out the odds, invest, take risks to maintain his ancestor's property and a constant income from it. Most of the men do not have any ancestor's property to show off so they have to study
harder than a girl to get her,
score better than girl to get her,
get a better job to get her,

earn better than to get her, in short they have to always do a lot better than her to get her inspite of giving them a sharp edge in every competition. Please remember that in an office if a man comes with his shirt's button open he might lose an increment but if a women comes with her shirt buttons open she is sure to get an increment.  not always but almost always. A man has to go to gym to get his six packs are a swollen chest and biceps, a girl has to just avoid food and this is the reality most of us are denial with. In society who know these imbalances are the ones who always declare that women is a victim and man is the culprit, they are the one who campaign for reservation and special rights for women over men in the constitution and other sectors most often in a very unfair manner with unfair demands but they always do it in the name of equality. Today most of the special rights for women over men are given by men in power but still men are always demonized against women. It is not untrue that a mother gives birth and love to a child which a man can't do but even a fertile land is of no use without the seeds to grow crop.
It seems now feminism has taken its root from far left Marxism. The best way to destroy a country is to create inequality in the society among its members. Show appeasement to a particular section or part of the society and thus make them being hated by those who aren't being appeased due to seer jealousy. Today in india a women can lock her husband and his family with a non bailable warrant and she can do that without having to provide any evidence and all this is possible in the name of feminism and 2 draconian laws called 'anti dowry law' and 'domestic harassment law'. Government of india as of now on march 2013 is trying to introduce another law called 'anti rape law' where a women can lock up a man by a simple accusation without having the need of a medical examination, evidence or any circumstantial proof, a simple accusation is enough.
May be all this bigotry and pseudo sexist laws against men and the bullying act of the law+ society against men in favor of women is leading the men to think of taliban style as an alternate where a women has absolutely no or the least amount of rights, hope that doesn't happen.

Save the world by online or e-shopping

Every day especially on weekends you might have noticed how crowded are the roads, emitting so much carbon and causing global warming, asthma and other kind of illness to people and nature. Most of these vehicles ( I would say at-least 60% even-though i don't have any statistical data) are going to a near by supermarket, shop or a shopping mall to 'buy stuff'. almost 40% of the land in a city or a town is occupied by some kind of merchandise/shop/eat outs/shopping malls/movie halls.
Problems with shopping:

1. Face the agony of heavy traffic
2. cause heavy traffic
3. cause environment pollution by high carbon emission
4. noise pollution by moving vehicles, horns etc.,
5. cause health related issues like asthma
6. cause stress due to traffic, noise, tiredness of traveling to the shopping destination
7. waste of time in traveling and buying stuff
8. rise in real estate prices due to the demand for land to setup shops
9. increase in price of houses, since a lot of land is invested for shops
10. The price you pay for the product=actual price of the product+profit for the shop+maintenance of the product (lighting, staff, rent for the shop etc.,)
11. your choice of products is limited by the number of products available in the shop, if you don't have what you want then you have to travel to another shop
12. wait in line or queue to pay for what you have bought which usually consumes more time than the time you took to buy half of your stuff.

Solution : online shopping or e shopping.
Advantages of e shopping

1. No to heavy traffic,
2. will not cause or be a part of heavy traffic
3. will not cause  environment pollution by high carbon emission,
4.  will not cause noise pollution by moving vehicles, horns etc.,
5.  will not cause health related issues like asthma
6.  will not cause stress due to traffic, noise, tiredness of traveling to the shopping destination
7.  will not waste of time in traveling and buying stuff
8.  will not rise in real estate prices due to the demand for land to setup shops
9.  will not increase in price of houses, since a lot of land is invested for shops
10.  you will pay for the product(sometimes delivery fee too) but not for the product=actual price of the product+profit for the shop+maintenance of the product (lighting, staff, rent for the shop etc.,)
11.  You have all the varities that you want
12. no need to worry about standing in line.

Disadvantages of e shopping

1. currently not all products are available online like biscuits, cakes etc., but you will get the best deals on electronics and other goods (even soap, cosmetics, shampoo) etc.,
2. if are not ordering from companies like flipkart but ordering from ebay or amazon then you might have to pay a little extra for the shipping.

My advice is, if you care for the environment and the nature then shop online instead of offline whenever and wherever possible. You will save money since you have many sites offering the products online and each of them are competing with each other.

Amar Chitra Katha and its distortion of indian history and Heritage

When i saw the pack of amar chitra katha complete series package on bookshelves in a big bookstore containing the stories of hindu devatha's and other history of great indian personalities i thought it would be a great help to our young generation by offering them an entertaining way to our culture and history. Later I realized that all the facts and stories are very distorted and plagiarized completely against the puranas, itihas and history books. One such example is they have shown prithviraj chauhan as a viallain who kills his own brother for throne where as we all know how he kicked out the muslim invader more than 10 times and still forgave the moghul ruler and spared his life. It seems it has been purchased or run by anti indian and/or anti hindu elements which want to distort the facts and create a confusion in the minds of the young generation.
I advice anyone against gifting such books to anyone and discourage others from purchasing them too.

Male Pattern Baldness (MPB), Hairloss and Red hot chilli pepper

I have a friend who is taking treatment for hailoss and he is spending 3k. He said it has worked for his friends and it should for him too. Many a type of baldness, hairloss especially the Male Pattern Baldness which are a result of DHT or genetic heritage are hard to conceive or cure.

If you think you know everything about google's way of using every bit of your data to make money from their ads then you will be surprised with what i am going to say.
Today 10/14/2012 I tried to search my way to orion mall, Dr Rajkumar Road, Subramanyanagar  Bangalore, Karnataka, India from a nearest place but instead it showed me the way to McDonalds inside/near the orion mall.click on the below pic to see the actual search result. orion mall is the biggest mall in this IT Capital of india and if somebody tells me google doesnt know where it is then i won't buy it.

I was wondering why this happened. Then it hit me. 2 hours ago i ordered something from mcdonalds to my home for me and my friend. They only had my number and google has my phone number and email. It is no wonder that a big food chain restaurant like McDonalds is tied up with google but how and why could they share my personal data with google is very strange. Dont they have any ethics to protect their customer's details, oh wait, advertising and intrusively promoting their products is more important to them than the customers. It is not the customer's that they want but it's their money they are after. The same search at bing gave me a different result a much pleasant one.

Magic Onion tricks to prevent/cure flues and other illness

In 1919 when the flu killed 40 million people there was this Doctor that visited the many farmers to see if he could help them combat the flu...
Many of the farmers and their families had contracted it and many died.

The doctor came upon this one farmer and to his surprise, everyone was very healthy. When the doctor asked what the farmer was doing that was different the wife replied that she had placed an unpeeled onion in a dish in the rooms of the home, (probably only two rooms back then). The doctor couldn't believe it and asked if he could have one of the onions and place it under the microscope. She gave him one and when he did this, he did find the flu virus in the onion. It obviously absorbed the bacteria, therefore, keeping the family healthy.

Now, I heard this story from my hairdresser. She said that several years ago, many of her employees were coming down with the flu, and so were many of her customers. The next year she placed several bowls with onions around in her shop. To her surprise, none of her staff got sick. It must work. Try it and see what happens. Thanks for the reminder. I don't know about the farmer's story...but, I do know that I contacted pneumonia, and, needless to say, I was very ill... I came across an article that said to cut both ends off an onion put it into an empty jar, and place the jar next to the sick patient at night. It said the onion would be black in the morning from the germs...sure enough it happened just like that...the onion was a mess and I began to feel better.

Another thing I read in the article was that onions and garlic placed around the room saved many from the black plague years ago. They have powerful antibacterial, antiseptic properties.

This is the other note. Lots of times when we have stomach problems we don't know what to blame. Maybe it's the onions that are to blame. Onions absorb bacteria is the reason they are so good at preventing us from getting colds and flu and is the very reason we shouldn't eat an onion that has been sitting for a time after it has been cut open.

LEFT OVER ONIONS ARE POISONOUS

I had the wonderful privilege of touring Mullins Food Products, Makers of mayonnaise. Questions about food poisoning came up, and I wanted to share what I learned from a chemist.

Ed, who was our tour guide, is a food chemistry whiz. During the tour, someone asked if we really needed to worry about mayonnaise. People are always worried that mayonnaise will spoil. Ed's answer will surprise you. Ed said that all commercially-made mayo is completely safe.

"It doesn't even have to be refrigerated. No harm in refrigerating it, but it's not really necessary." He explained that the pH in mayonnaise is set at a point that bacteria could not survive in that environment. He then talked about the summer picnic, with the bowl of potato salad sitting on the table, and how everyone blames the mayonnaise when someone gets sick.

Ed says that, when food poisoning is reported, the first thing the officials look for is when the 'victim' last ate ONIONS and where those onions came from (in the potato salad?). Ed says it's not the mayonnaise (as long as it's not homemade mayo) that spoils in the outdoors. It's probably the ONIONS, and if not the onions, it's the POTATOES.

He explained onions are a huge magnet for bacteria, especially uncooked onions. You should never plan to keep a portion of a sliced onion.. He says it's not even safe if you put it in a zip-lock bag and put it in your refrigerator.

It's already contaminated enough just by being cut open and out for a bit, that it can be a danger to you (and doubly watch out for those onions you put in your hotdogs at the baseball park!). Ed says if you take the leftover onion and cook it like crazy you'll probably be okay, but if you slice that leftover onion and put on your sandwich, you're asking for trouble. Both the onions and the moist potato in a potato salad, will attract and grow bacteria faster than any commercial mayonnaise will even begin to break down.

Also, dogs should never eat onions. Their stomachs cannot metabolize onions.

Please remember it is dangerous to cut an onion and try to use it to cook the next day, it becomes highly poisonous for even a single night and creates toxic bacteria which may cause adverse stomach infections because of excess bile secretions and even food poisoning.

Retain employees with elongated promotion

In this age of internet, naukri.com and monster.com you need all the tactics you need to retain the talent. One such tactic is elongated promotion. I came across this through some HR forums online and some online reading. I guess it should work. I have not seen this personally but i think this theory should still be relevant and it should work.

Promotion
advantages: employee is happy with the recognition.
disadvantage: after few months or a year he might want to look out for a better position outside the company based on his new position, experience and tenure.

Elongated Promotion
procedure:
1) open invitation to candidates to apply for a position which isnt available or might get created. Make sure this open invitation stays for a month or more so that all the potential candidates are now have a reason to delay their job hunt outside the company for that duration of time. now shortlist the candidates.
2) Employees will be interviewed and selected for a non existing position or for a position which might get created in the future.
Make sure the interview selection process takes another month or two so that those who have applied would not try out or go out thus making them stay for another month or two.
Those who haven't applied or didn't get shortlisted will also have a positive mood and might stay during this period with the hope of getting a chance to get shortlisted for the interview for the next higher up position/promotion.
3) The selected candidate will be told to wait for some time (months or year or more) so that he will be moved to the selected position once the position becomes available.
During this period of time the employee will stay with the company since he has already got (not really) a position within the existing company. It will create a sense of positive environment around the employee making others to stay longer with the company.
4) If/Once the position is available take the candidate but as a trainee or intern; do not take him directly ! otherwise after gaining some experience in that position, based on his new role he/she might try outside for a better position and the company might lose a talent. Make the trainee remain as trainee for few weeks, months or more depending on the role and importance of the position. During this period the employee again will stay home and there might be a positive environment among his old colleagues from the old department thinking that they might be next.
5)once the training period is over confirm the position, role and the new job change but do not give the new corrective salary. In other words never promote the salary and position of an internal employee at the same time when he/she gets promoted.... Always give positive goodies/news but always give it in pieces. Try to make them feel that they are privileged to get what they are getting even though it was overdue to them. It might seem cunning and unfair but to make the best out of what we have and retain talent it is a necessary tactic.
6)Make sure all this ends when the yearly review is nearby so that you do not have to give 2 salary hikes, one for the promotion and another for the year end review & its associated hike. You can combine both the year end annual/periodic hike and the hike for the promotion into one and give a little less than the average of both the hikes combined.
Usually employees do not move out 1 or 2 months before the annual review and hike and also 4 to 5 months after the hike. Since a review and hike happens in august and then the changed salary starts after 2 months of the hike then in order for an employee to move out he needs the last payslip of the previous 3 months(to bargain for the pay package in the new company based on the pay of his old company) so that amounts to 2month (before the review and hike)+2month(changed salary will be effective after 2 months of the review and hike)+3month(need 3 month payslip for bargaining outside)=7 months. In these 7 months you can expect a low attrition in the company. In the remaining 5 months you can perform number of elongated promotions to retain the employees.
Note: These are my personal views based on my readings, experiences of my friends working in many different companies, online articles, HR forums and it has nothing to do with any one particular place of work of which i might be a part of. I like where i work and this post isnt related to that.

The hypocrisy of Hipchicks of the online age

It baffled me why some girls disable their Facebook account every now and then and then come back with a bang till recently i spoke to one of them who does it. This is typically true with Indian girls where most of the (more than 90%) of the marriages are arranged. In this online age almost every guy wants to find our more about their girl through google, facebook, twitter and other online social networking sites. The girl i spoke to told me that whenever there is a good prospect for her she disables her facebook account before the guy is given her details like her full name, email, phone and other details to consider so that the guy do not find anything about her which might create a negative image of her. A lot of girls start to limit the audience of their online albums to only close friends or relative who earlier use to share where they got drunk and the picture of her latest tattoo. They will disable or remove all those pics which might make them look not so cute like the one where they are not wearing any wonderbra to look their curves bigger than what they are or the one where she is seen too close and cosy with a gu, may be in his arms, bike or a party or a function. These are the same girls with fake boobs, fake lipcolor/lipstick, fake butt (implants), fake skin complexion (makeup), fake height (heels), fake hair (extentions) and hair color (dye), fake eyes (contacts), fake nails want a real man in their life; Isn't this the heights of idiocracy of hypocrisy

The (not really) Evil of Branded Clothes and Branded stuff

Couple of days ago i heard an argument from one of my friend and his argument was sensible at first and convincing too. He said it is wrong to blame the government which we have elected unless we ourselves are doing something good to the society. We should do charity instead of buying expensive branded clothes and he is so right in saying that we should do charity; Instead of buying expensive branded clothes we can buy a good non branded clothes and support the locals and use the same money for charity or even investment. The only problem that i have with this argument is the majority of the non-branded clothes were sold by those who do not want to pay taxes or evade taxes (especially in india). The people who make and sell these non branded clothes usually label their products resembling a branded product like lee, wrangler or adidas. The quality is only as good as what you have paid but still even the brand won't stay for more than a year. Every year the name of the brand changes in these shops because for the first 1 or 2 years of your business you do not have to pay tax on manufacturing goods. The shops which sell such unbranded fake products usually do not pay taxes and the concerned government officers are paid off too. The small factories which manufacture such goods do not pay taxes and they dont keep an account of the actual number of products that they make or sell so that they can pay far less than what they are supposed to pay, if at all they decide to pay taxes. So by buying unbranded goods such as these we are directly supporting illegal activities, tax evasion, crime and who knows where this illegal black money goes?, obviously for some black shady activities and may be even terrorism.Most of these branded clothes like lee, adidas, fila are made in india by arvind mills and then they are distributed through out the world.
Most of these arguments which say that you dont have to buy branded clothes but use the same money for charity comes from those people who will never say that stop using petrol/diesel/gas which pollutes the environment because this oil is produced by them but these branded products are not made by them.
When did the charity became only about money. What about charity of knowledge? What about the charity of your precious time for the society? What about free clothes to your poor neighbors or construction workers?. If you give 100Rs in india to a poor he will go and spend on a drink or gambling and even if we assume that he uses it to feed his family it will only last for a day or two. If we equip him with the knowledge to earn his own leaving that is a far noble charity compared to any amount of money given to him since that knowledge will lead to his children education and his entire line of family from there onwards might have that power of education and knowledge. I believe a tech blogger like me who takes time in posting articles online on blogs or youtube, so that others can use them to solve their problems is also doing a charity because i am using my time to contribute something to the society rather than go on a hot date or spend time in a bar. A mean may satisfy a beggars hunger for a moment but a knowledge to earn his meal will never make him stay hungry again.

Reservations and Appeasement: A conspiracy to destroy India

The best way to destroy a country is to make it destroy itself by its own people who feel righteous about themselves when they do it. The western countries like USA and other European countries need talent to drive their countries, corporations forward so that they stay ahead of the curve and this can be achieved only real talent. When in countries like india bring forth laws which will make sure that the important key positions in the government sector are based on discrimination, color, caste, language, creed and origin the real talented youngsters will obviously turn to the private sectors and a lot of these youngsters and talented youth is being grabbed at a high price from many western institutions and corporations like NASA, Google, Microsoft etc., which will only benefit the west and its interests because now we have indians working for western companies and countries in competition with india. It is in the interest of these western countries and private corporations that india has such laws of bias which makes the real talent elope to a better place like US or europe finally leaving behind a 2nd grade talent which will spend more of the countries money to buy products from the west possibly made with the help of the talents of our own country. 
One can say it is the Brits who are the pioneers of 'Divide and Rule' strategy where you first divide a large organization or a country into pieces and create envy between them and rule. When Britishers left India and gave it to congress; Congress from then onwards has won almost every election in the country and has been the ruling party for almost every term after independence except on a very few occasions where other parties have tried to run a decent government.
In india it is a popular belief that congress is a pro minority party especially a party which pampers muslims, christians and other backward casts for their votebank. Majority of the nation (mainly hindus) who are well placed in their life especially youth don't vote and during their absence their votes will (proxy) voted for congress. Unlike the popular belief congress or any political party or a front which favors a reservation or fights for special rights for the people of a particular religion or community is the first hater of that community or the religion. Let me explain how and why?

consider the above picture. According to congress in this race of 100 meters a muslim or a christian will have to run only 90 meters, and other SC(Scheduled caste)/ST(scheduled Tribes) have to run just 80 meters to be declared as a winner and a GM (general merit) athlete has to run 100 meters to be declared as a winner. Obviously each of them know how much they have to run, GM athlete prepares too well & works extra hard to win this race thus becoming the strongest of all, a muslim who has to run only 90meters, does only 90% of the preparation and puts just 90% of the effort compared to a GM athlete thus making him only the 2nd strongest athlete and SC/ST athlete will be weakest. In this run let us say a SC/ST athlete wins the race since he did 82% of the preparation & he has put 82% of the effort needed to win the 100 meter race; 82%(his own)+20%(govt reservation)=102%, thus he wins.
Consider the same situation in a real life environment where all these athletes are in a jungle and they are being chased by a very hungry ferocious tiger and there is a safe place which is 100 meters away. In this real life scenario the GM athlete is more likely to run away from the tiger and save his life since he is the strongest and his fellow muslim and SC/ST athletes do not have an unfair advantage based on their religion or creed since a tiger just won't care.
So, in the above scenario in 2 different life events we know why reservation or special rights are more harmful to its beneficiary since it makes them useless and weak over a time period and thus their community will become useless and weak too. In a govt. sector like BSNL [bharath sanchar nigam ltd] which is the biggest telecom company in india, people will be hired based on reservation, religion and caste and hence the high scoring GM candidate will only go to private companies like airtel, vodafone or tata docomo which pay him well and in the mean time they offer a better service than BSNL.
Let us consider another incident where you have a cardiac arrest and you need to get it operated immediately and you have the option to choose between 2 doctors. option 1. A GM doctor who has studied harder than others (100%), who paid more for his doctorate than others (100%),  who has to score more than others (100%) and his entry into this hospital was 100% competitive.  option 2. A SC/ST doctor who has to study only 80% of the syllabus, who paid only 20% of the fees, who scored only 60%  in his studies since he knew that he will get a job anyway since he is the minority and his religion or creed has reservation, and his entry into this prestigious hospital was easy since it was reserved for him because his caste was SC/ST. Now obviously you will choose the first GM doctor even if you belong to a SC/ST community because it is a question of your life.
Please use the same theory of doctors with engineers. A bridge constructed by a GM engineer has more chances of being safer and stronger than a bridge constructed by a SC/ST engineer who only has to score 60%, pay 20% of the fees since he was supposed get that job anyway since there was a reservation.
If you are still wondering how this affect the SC/ST or muslim community which enjoys this special rights and reservation since it only seems to affect the other GM and their society? then you should read next....
Only 2 hard rocks can create a great spark and in the same way the people who have to struggle harder than others like GM will eventually become stronger than others like SC/ST or muslims who have to work very less or sometime almost nothing at all to earn their living.  A strong GM with high IQ gained with his studies marries another girl with a high IQ from a GM category and produces offsprings who will have a higher IQ or 2 strong GM athletes produce a stronger GM athlete who can finish the 100 meter race faster than their parents but 2 muslim or SC/ST athletes who have to run only 80 or 90 meters for a 100 meter race will produce weaker offspring or athletes and the chain continues. These reservations may work in govt. sectors but no private sector is ready to submit itself to this vicious circle. It is very much evident that all governments across the world want to privatize everything or slowly weaken the govt. sectors like BSNL, HMT, BHEL etc., and at the same time give private companies opportunities to compete with them. Let us assume BSNL hires engineers based on reservation and also based on bribe and other factors since it is a govt. sector and airtel a private company hires candidates based on their potential irrespective of them being GM or muslim or SC/ST, then obviously airtel will grow faster than BSNL which is exactly what is happening in india. Many of the govt. sectors like hmt [hindustan machine limited] are gone who once produced legendary hmt tractors which were known for their agility and power which no tractor even after 20 years can dare to match.
Let us remember what azim premji the chairman of wipro said about it...

"I think we should have job reservations in all the fields. I completely support the PM and all the politicians for promoting this. Let's start the reservation with our cricket team. We should have 10 percent reservation for Muslims. 30 percent for OBC, SC /ST like that. Cricket rules should be modified accordingly. The boundary circle should be reduced for an SC/ST player. The four hit by an OBC player should be considered as a six and a six hit by a OBC player should be counted as 8 runs. An OBC player scoring 60 runs should be declared as a century. We should influence ICC and make rules so that the pace bowlers like Shoaib Akhtar should not bowl fast balls to our OBC player. Bowlers should bowl maximum speed of 80 kilometer per hour to an OBC player. Any delivery above this speed should be made illegal.

Also we should have reservation in Olympics. In the 100 meters race, an OBC player should be given a gold medal if he runs 80 meters.

There can be reservation in Government jobs also. Let's recruit SC/ST and OBC pilots for aircrafts which are carrying the ministers and politicians (that can really help the country.. )

Ensure that only SC/ST and OBC doctors do the operations for the ministers and other politicians. (Another way of saving the country..)

Let's be creative and think of ways and means to guide INDIA forward...

Please do remember Dr.B.R. Ambedkar one of my favorite idol figure did not have reservation rather he has much stronger oppression but then he achieved more than any brahmin or a GM candidate and wrote indian constitution but after the reservation has started you can see that there has been no one of half of his caliber came into light or fame or glory from the same community.

None of the people realize that the likes of Dr. B.R.Ambedkar are produced only through hard work and struggle but not through reservation or special consideration. The only use of this reservation and special considerations are to make a community weak and dependable on these politicians which only cares and remembers them during the time of election. It mainly serves the purpose of communal hatred too which is a big bonus benefit for politicians. A hindu is made to hate his fellow citizen who is a SC/ST since he will lose his job to him even though he has scored more than him and his children will not get seat in a good college even though they have scored better than a muslim friend's kids. A GM Hindu is also made to envy a muslim since they have to pay less interest in the banks compared to him, they get 40000 per muslim to go to a pilgrimage once in 5 years, their masjids are not taxed or replaced for infrastructure or road development but

his temples are taxed and owned by govt. from which the money will be spent on pilgrimage of muslims or to pay 30000 per month to imams where as their hindu priests have stopped training their kids due to the harsh poor living condition of a brahmin priest. So as long as the pampering of the minority continues the majority hindu GM society in a country like india will feel like being bullied. When crores of money is spent on terrorists like kasab (who killed many indian cops and civilians) and afzal guru (mastermind behind the parliament attach) for their well being, protection, food and accommodation instead of hanging them according to the court order
it makes the many wonder is it because they are muslim? but when you ask any muslim almost all of them say that these people like kasab and afzal guru are a shame on islam and most of them mean what they say. They are tired of being labelled with these radicals who have done more harm to them than good but it it all good for the government since people will be so busy hating each other that they will not pay attention to the mega scams like 2g, cwg, coal scam etc., They do not want people to unite and stand against them but they would rather want us to stand against each other and they will loot the country when we are not looking at them. It is the peoples fault who do not want to be aware, who elect the same shameless goons every time over and over again and blame it on god who gave these people a brain to use which they refuse to use even after many warnings by the creator himself.
I would like to list some of the things which are solely created not just to get the votebank of the minority but to create a hatred in the minds of the majority Hindu community in india thus instigating communal hatred which will do the trick of dividing people and when people are divided they are too busy to hate & fear each other to notice the corrupt activities of their elected leaders.
*A mosque of a muslim or a church of a christian is not taxed but a temple will be taxed and can be taken over by the govt. at any time and they return a very small % of the huge amount of money which amounts in millions for any activity for their hindu community or even to improve the infrastructure of the temple.
*A muslim priest in some states receive 30 thousand to 40thousand salary from the government where as many of the hindu priests have stopped training their children due to poverty and humiliation.
* All the tax money collected from these Hindu temples will be used for the Haj pilgrimage of Muslims.
* Bus & other traveling vehicle's fare and other such expenses are increased suddenly by all private and government sectors during hindu festivals like deepavali (deewali) where as the same govt. spends 40,000 per muslim for his haj pilgrimage.
* The worlds oldest language which many countries like germany have embraced by creating a university of sanskrit is declared as a dead language where as a foreign language like arabic is sponsored with crores of money in universities like aligarh university with the same Hindu's tax money.
* A muslim is allowed to marry 4 wives where as a Hindu worshipping krishna (who supposedly married 16000) will be jailed for marrying anyone more than one for any reason.
* In a country where more than 80% are Hindu, a Hindu pilgrimage like amarnath yatra is being shortened and cut down by the government which is in a muslim majority state thus creating a stir between muslim and hindu communities.
*A Muslim girl in an Indian state (U.P.) receives 30 thousand after she passes her 10th std of schooling where as this should have been for any girl irrespective of religion or cast.
* A reservation for jobs is being pitched by lobbyists for muslims which will further creates a distance between the majority hindu community and the muslim community since the reservation which is already in place for SC/ST and other backward classes of hindu did not help the political parties with much conflict between their communities to exploit it for their agenda so now they are playing the politics of religion rather than the politics of casts.
Sikhs, Jains and budhists constitute less than 5 to 6% of the india's population but none of them have ever asked for any reservation or any political party has gone to butter them up since their number is small enough to be neglected in a votecount and they have always been self reliable.
*On an average according to india's sensex a muslim's production ration is more than others with no regards for family planning sometimes with multiple wives causing poverty which results in low or uneducated children who will be an easy target for those who want to misuse their poverty to force them into criminal or illegal activities.
* Terrorists like kasab and afzal guru who have been sentenced to death by the court are still alive with maximum security and costing crores of money per terrorist with premium food which may create a false impression that any criminal if he is a muslim will not be punished and thus creating more enmity between the communities.
A common hindu, muslim or a christian may want to live in peace with no regards to all this but unless he speaks out his mind peace will only be available to him in pieces.

Only you are responsible for your failure

You might find the story boring so you might just want to know what is this about. Most often people blame others for their failures. Some blame their friends, fate, faith, god, family or their boss. It all starts to sound like an excuse when someone asks them to explain why they think that they are responsible for their failure. When you ask them more and more you begin to realize that it is the same with almost every human to blame others for their failure because it is much easier to do so.
Can someone steal your money if you were careful ? Is it right to blame McDonalds or Pizza Hut for you being fat when you are the one who went there to eat? People can only exploit you if there is something to be exploited in you, People can only fool you if there is foolishness in you, No one can make you to go against your well being unless you have not defined clearly what is needed for your well being and what is your well being. It is unfair to blame someone who tells you what you wanted to hear to make you feel good and make you act in their favor. It is you who agreed to do it at the end irrespective of what words or tactics they used to act in their favor; you wouldn't have done so if you were sure of what you want and what is your goal.

Gaming companies indirect assassination attempt of PC as a Gaming Platform

Gaming use to be a subject of ridicule and criticism few years ago where it was attached to a personality of losers who are not so intelligent or bright to do something else and still living in the kinder garden but today it is a multimillion dollar serious industry targeting people of every age and family.
Even though PC has always been the soul and the primary market of Gaming industry the appearance of consoles like x box, playstation, wee etc has given some advantages to the game studios and the companies which make such consoles. The piracy can be controlled on such console based games where as the same thing cant be true for PC and unlike wee where per game you have to buy separate toys to play a game and wee can make money per game, in pc only the studios who make the games make money. Building a gaming pc is a one time investment but with consoles they can reap money out of their customers even after they purchase the hardware and software. Now PC being the major gaming platform and they simply cant neglect it so they are trying cheap tricks to divert  the PC games to console gaming by making them feel that they are in a stage of disadvantage compared to the console based games where as it should be the other way around in reality.
The first example for this should be the Batman : Arkham City but the best example will be the recent EA blockbuster Mass Effect 3. Mass Effect 3 employs the same cheap trick of arkham city but to a whole new level. It is a common sense that since a PC has more keys per 10 fingers than a console could ever have per 2 thumbs (as almost all the consoles are used with just 2 thumbs) which might not be a good idea for the ergonomics and you might fracture your thumbs after 20 hours of gameplay like me; however EA has cleverly made sure that in PC you have a disadvantage where as a PC gamer whenever you are running around the corner or near a cover you always sit and cover even though that is not what you want to do. Imagine you are running away from a heavy fire and you want to jump a small wall and take cover on the other side but instead in a PC you will be forced to sit in front of the cover/wall and then get up and then jump over the other side of the wall and take cover where as in a console based game you will just be jumping over the wall and take cover; obviously you will get killed as a PC gamer and you see that a console gamer (x box or playstation) can easily do what you wanted to do without that disadvantage. This is all because for a PC gamer there is just one key [space bar] for running, sitting and take cover, jump, roll over to the left side, roll over the right side in-spite of the abundance of keys on a keyboard compared to a console. If you have a PC and a console like xbox then play for yourself and you will know.

This is all known but what I have noticed is the importance of the first word त्र्यम्बकं trayambakam. *Traya=3, Ambakam=eye; meaning the one who is 3 dimensional, or 3 eyed one or 3 eyed reality or the one who sees 3 dimensionally or sees everything. *amba=mother; so traya/trya=3(brahma vishnu maheswara the hindu trinity), the mother of 3, that means it also represents the same message of gayathri mantra where it worships the one true god. *Here trya/traya can also represent 'THE THREE' or 'THE Trinity' that is vrahma(a), vishnu(u), maheshwara(m) meaning aum and the amba=mother. so traymabakam=brahma vishnu maheswara and the amba(mother) *if you consider here traya symbolizing the 3 eyed then amba the mother, so tryambakam may well mean shiva and amba or shiva and shakti or shashakti.
