Everyone who has earned money wants to secure it or increase it through some form of investment. I have realized that the best way investment is to invest in religion especially in Hindu temples if you are in india. The most travelled pilgrimage place for Hindus in india are probably the tirupathi (which is the world's 3rd richest god or religious place after vatican) and the padmanabha swami temple is the 2nd richest in the world. Eventhough compared to mosques and churches, temples have tax you still can make a millions of dollars. Mosques do not have to pay any tax since politicians have exempted them from tax to appease the muslim votebank and churches are considered as internation organization and they are exempted from tax too.

Shabaimala may not be the india's 2nd most popular and traveled pilgrimage but definitely the 2nd most popular and crowd attracting pilgrimage in south india. This is the cement platform atop the Ponnambalamedu hill, where the light is lit. Circled portion is the Sabarimala Temple complex. Traditionally the Makarajyothi was lit by the Malayara tribal people as a part of their celebration. Since they left, the TDB has given it a divine touch claiming it is a star & built this cement platform to light the fire. Camphor is lit to give a white star like glow. Many officials had already admitted it. But it must be proven officially than it is a man made phenomenon & not divine as the TDB claims. Kerala govt & the TDB are guilty of fooling the pilgrims & the loss of 102 lives in the stampede!!. The money collection in these temples is huge and nobody exactly knows what happens to it. In shabarimala the devotees sleep like animals on the road and there are no basic facilities for the millions of people who come every year because the temple trust and the government knows that even if they do not do anything people will still come and pour money at the temple thinking that since they have bribed the god now all of their sins are washed and forgiven and they get ready to commit new. These temples do not really contribute anything to the hindu religion or society but other than sucking money out of pilgrims. During the pilgrimage the cost of travelling, eating and water all go up where as for Haj pilgrimage for muslims a huge subsidy from the tax money collected by the same hindus is used to give them a free ride in AC buses to Haj house and then the airplane tickets to dubai and so on. Tamilnadu govt.'s Jayalalitha has announced the subsidy for Christians too to travel to Jerusalem (votebank politics). We should forget about expecting something like using this huge amount of billions of dollars to spread or teach the elements of sanathana Vedic Dharma (hinduism) such as sanskrit, yoga or vecas but they don't even offer something back to these devotees with basic facilities like toilet or drinking water. Recently shabarimala trust refused to build roads to the tirumala hills saying that it will spoil the sanctity of the god even though every year many people die in a stampede and for the same reason girls/ladies/women are not allowed to shabarimala. Some say that it is an act of anti hindu christians, muslims and minority appeasing govt. which maintains such a low standard of these facilities so that people stop coming to the temples which might sound absurd but the fact remains that god won't stay in a place where crooks make money out of the blind faith of the devotees by exploiting them of their money in exchange of sub standard facilities even though they make billions of dollars which can make all this for free. What fools are these hindus who think that god will stay at a place or with those cheats who cheated a whole generation of people with a man made 'makara sky star' (makarajyothi) just to keep the footprints high and make money out of them.
If we go to shabarimala it is the similar story again but with better facilities and good roads since it is the 3rd richest religions place. The temple is made to look like a temple made of gold with copper plates coated with gold and surely it is a pleasure to the eyes to see. The facilities are good, roads are good, the staff are average, the cleanliness is below average. Tirupati is the god in tirumala surrounded by 7 hills and ironically here the god will see based on the amount of money that you have. you have many forms of tickets to see god which many book online. Most of the people joke about going to tirupati for its 'prasada' (tirupati laddu) which is so tasty and sweet that almost all of them buy few extra along with what they get for free by paying extra money. The costliest ticket will get you the quickest meet with god hence the richer you are the faster the god will meet you and the poorer you are longer the god will make you wait to meet you which is so ungodly and no god will ever do that. As Isha (jesus) said 'it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than a rich man to enter the heaven. I believe that god is one and all of us have found a different way and names to worship him or to get close to him and as a proud hindu(stani) it saddens me to see that all these people have fogotten the vedic concept of god or these people do not want them to know vedas otherwise their business will not run.
ISHKON is exactly the same as the last 3 letter its name i.e., KON. (International Sri Hare Krishna OrganizatioN) ISHKON was founded by srila prabhupadha the creator of hare rama hare krsna movement and he was indeed a great soul but after his death (many still believe that he was poisoned) these foreigners have taken over it and incidentally this is the only hindu organization which is registered as an international organization and billions of dollars goes out of hindus to these businessmen. Many of the priests of this ISHKON have been accused of adultery and paedophile but that doesnt stop people from donating to ISHKON and get conned. The only way to stop such outflow of huge money from an overpopulated developing country is to make a law that "no money from the religions institutions should go out of the nation"
and to make sure that all collections of a temple/masjid/church or any religions institutions per year should be spent within a year or else the money will go to the education department of the govt.
Every now and then all hindu organizations like VHP, RSS and the so called pro hindu parties like BJP claim that there forceful conversions taking place in india by missionaries and jihadis; many are offered money to get converted and I do not deny it. In fact, my own friend does conversion of hindus who are suffering from poverty and have no jobs with money. He use to offer them few thousand rupees in exchange for them to change their name and go to church once every sunday. Instead of Hindus trying to loot other hindus in the name of god if they had used this money to help their own people of their own community this would have never happen. How can someone exploit you if you do not have any weakness or loopholes in your society and community? Even at tirupati other than the main tirupati to attract people who like different god there seems to some mini temples with other mini gods.
The finding is simple the best way to make money in india is to build huge beautiful temple and if possible bring some foreigners since nowadays we hindus seem to be getting high with foreigners accepting our faith. If you are NRI then even better, you can register your organization in your country and build temple in india and you won't be taxed since it will be an international organization just like the churches. If you are not an NRI then you can register it in US or mexico or anywhere and build temples in india and milt money out of it.
There are goons in the nearby religious places of tirupati like kalahasti who collect a huge money just to travel in the road to the temple in the name of parking fees and the place to park is a place where everybody urinates in open just near the temple. I am not questioning god but these people who make money out of it do not have the decency to keep it clean and build a toilet. In tirupati they do not allow cameras stating that it will spoil the sanctity of god. If taking pictures or an image of god spoils the sanctity of the god or the place then how and why did he create his own image in stone as an idol? will that not spoil his own sanctity by creating his own image in rock as an idol? The only intention behind this is to make sure that everybody visits that particular temple and they dont just get satisfied by seeing the pictures and videos of it. It is like you do not want your concert to be recorded since you are afraid that people are just going to listen to the recording and nobody will come to your concert and you will not make money.
I am pretty sure god curses these crooks for what they are doing if at all there is god in that place. We hindus have millions of gods and thus many temples for each god per city, per state or per region and if we hindus go to shiva temple in a city on shivrathri, krsna temple on krsna jayanthi, hanuma temple on hanuma jayanthi, ram temple on ram jayanthi and so on and on and on where as for christians it is very easy. Every church is a church and they woship the same god and in every masjid they pray the same god and thus it becomes very easy for them to propagate their religion with conversion where a poor hindu will be saved from all this money which he can use it for the education of his kids or his own benefit.
I will just give you one example whom does this temples really benefit. There is a murudeshwara temple in malleswaram, bengaluru next to adigas hotel which is famous for its masala dosa. Many decades ago it was just the murudeshwara temple. Later when it started becoming famous to attract hindus who like different gods they build mini temple inside the temple with different gods imitating gods of the famous pilgrimage places like kashi viswanath and others so that the children of the priest can have a job and they can also make money out of it. Tomorrow when these children of the children of the children.....of the original priest have more children they will build more temples somewhere or in the same place so that they can have their living by just chanting some mantras.
In vedic time the priests were highly learned people who were masters in sanskrit and they use to earn their living by receiving voluntary donations from the pupils they use to teach but nowadays it seems it has just become one big business.

why should u not pay beggers

In india it is a common sight to see beggars even though few hundred years ago before the British invention they themselves said that they couldn't find a single beggar (read Macaulay report on India) but now it is swarmed with it. I use to wonder why these beggars do not go and stay in the beggars rehabilitation centers which are in bengalooru (Bangalore) ? Few months back i read it in news paper how children are being kidnapped and left for begging as part of a big begging racket. Many of these beggars are part of a begging racket where the large amount of money they collected goes to the goons or thugs who manage a particular area of begging and beggars. The only way to stop this menace is to stop paying money to beggars and put an end to the abduction of children. These children are stopped from going to free schools where free meals is provided so that they can beg and make money for these thugs. If you have seen a lady with a dirty baby with her on the streets of a city then it is highly unlikely that the kid belongs to her since they borrow these kids from their original mothers or thugs for a payment so that when the baby cries in the sunlight you feel pity and pay some money and she can make more money with begging. In my area there lives a granny who has constructed an apartment and given it for rent and her two kids have property in saudi arabia.
PLEASE STOP THE ABDUCTION OF CHILDREN,
PREVENT THE GOONS AND THUGS FROM STOPPING THESE KIDS FROM GOING TO SCHOOL

Why do hindu temples have half naked girls on their temples ???!!!

This was thequestion which bothered me till I entered high school of a gurukul (ashrama).Usually when you see any famous old hindu temple you will find some prettyyoung girls who are wearing almost no clothes are carved on the temple. In facttemples in kajuraho & konark have become world famous bcoz of the samereason where you will find almost all the postures of kamasutra includingpostures of groupsex are on the temple. Any ordinary human being will thinkthat this is disgusting to have such things on the temple which is the place ofworship.

If sex is sodirty and vulgar they why should we all do it? Let us all stop having sex andsoon the entire human race will be extinct. Sex is the source of creation ofanother living being and creation is the process of the creator the god. God isholy and he creates and does only holy things. God has created us and sex,which leads to creation and the continuity of life. Creation is a godly process(some have mistaken it with having multiple wives with many kids per wife) andit should not be seen as a taboo. Vaishnavism a sect of Sanathana dharma(Hinduism) advices against illicit sex i.e., sex for procreation only and notafter that but shaivishm nothing is prohibited but it only states that the moreyou give up all the worldly pleasures the more you will be near to god. In factthe highest status(sahasradhara chakra) of kundalini yoga requires thesidhas/yogi to consume nothing other than the thin air and light.

Most ofthese statues are only on the exteriors of the temple and once you near thegarbagraha (chamber of god) you will find no such statues. Imagine yourself infront of the garbagriha and all statues depicting the worldly pleasures such assex are outside and on the wall of the temple. This suggests that to go neargod you have to abstain from all these worldly and human pleasures like sex anddevote yourself only to god with nothing in mind other than the deity himself.Unfortunately almost all of our today’s generation of parents do not know suchsimple things about their own dharma and they do not know how what to say whenthey are faced with such question by their children.

Mysore university Medical College and Moms

It has been always a fact that indian parents give more importance to education than anything else. I remember when I was growing up the a local high school teacher was treated with the most respect than the richest person of the village or town.
I have a friend who studies in A famous Medical College of Mysore which is probably the only college in the world to allow its student's moms to stay with their students in their rooms (with a minimal charge of 120 Rupees per day) to provide a moral support. These moms not just provide them the moral support but also help them with their laundry, cook homemade food for them in the hostel's canteen and make sure their kids are not spending any of their time other than studying. They even bring their handmade food to their kids to their rooms so that they can cut down the time it takes to come down to the canteen and eat. This is really a unique arrangement and it is mostly used by female candidates/students. I was surprised to know that whenever there is the final exam of their term, these girls call their mom to stay with them and help. I spoke to one of the girl and she told me that more than the food or the help with the laundry it is mostly their moral support which relieves the stress and motivates to have someone of their own around other than friends.

I studied in a gurukul (ashram) for 3 years and all those 3 years I use to think I wish I was in a normal convent school dating girls and partying out but since then I have realized that I wish that place was still intact so that I could have sent my kids there in future. If you are a maths professor and design a question paper with very challenging questions then it is very obvious and natural for students to say that the exam was so tough and it is impossible for anyone to score beyond 70% or 80% and the only way to prove them wrong is by you telling your colleague to design a question paper tougher than what you have designed and you solve it with 100% accuracy within the given time. Now you might think Why am I saying this and how is it connected to the title of the post. Please give me 3 more minutes of your valuable time and you will know.

reason 1: If you have children and if you really love them then don't you want to spend your time among them, help them and guide them on the right way or would you stay in a far, unseen place and stay in control of them. Any good parent would choose to stay among his children. A dad who works in a different city comes and visits his children and wife once in a while to make sure his loved ones are fine and most of the times he still comes and sees his children even after knowing that they are fine because as a loving father he would like to meet his children every now and then, even in this internet age of voice chat or video calling and online banking. We are all god's children and god being the greatest loving parent comes every now and then to his beloved children as an avatar and puts them on the right path.

reason 2: Let us say you are an important person in society and 3 people well known to you are sick. Let us say the first praises you and thinks highly of you and you like him too so you call him on his phone and inquire about his health. Let us say that the 2nd one does your work sincerely with acceptable efficiency and thus you send your servant with some flowers and fruits and also call him and wish him a speedy recovery. Let us say the 3rd one is the most loved one by you and he is a righteous person, obeys you, admires you and also a very efficient person who trusts you in every aspect then you will personally go and visit him, make sure the doctors and the hospital are taking care of him properly and you personally see to that all the arrangements are perfect. So based on the person and his relationship with you, you interact with them accordingly. Now Sanathana Dharma (Hinduism) being the most ancient civilization so his many avatars among us only tells us that how much he loves us where he instead of choosing one among us or sending an angel he came down himself in a way that we can understand or see him i.e., an avatar.

When prophet muhammad (pbuh) was influenced by satan, he did say some satanic verses but later he took them back and they are no longer a part of the holy quran. A human being or a chosen one can be influenced by satan but not an avatar of god. If in fact Dr. Zakir naik's theory of, 'if you make a VCR player then you produce a manual to repair it but you do not have to become a VCR' then it puts the blame on god that he made a defective VCR in the first place or a VCR which goes bad. The world is not fair and nice to almost all of us and sometimes in life it is very natural to feel that we cannot do this or we cannot go through life like this and defeat the evil among us and make the world a better place. Any one who believes in god also believes that this world with so many obstacles are the tests by the God Almighty and whenever we feel that it is impossible to pass these obstacles every now and then he sets an example by proving that yes these obstacles can be passed with the given abilities of a normal human being. We have many examples like Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela or Even Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates or Dennis Ritchie (the inventor of C language which is the mother of all modern computing technology) have long proved that breaking barriers is more than possible by ordinary human beings but still every now and then we are doubtful that sometimes in life the obstacles are their to quash us like a fly but not overcome them. When humanity as a whole starts to feel more and more like this then god takes an avatar (reincarnates) among us to set an example and passes the greatest obstacles and defeats the evil to let his children know that they can do it too if only they could have tried a little more by believing in a greater force.

Fraudulant Airtel's new unlawful way to make money

Airtel is probably the 2nd biggest mobile network service provider in india after BSNL (Both Side No Listening=Bharath Sanchar Nigam Ltd) and it seems in their recent attempt to expand outside india and raise money for the same they have gone down to a level where they are crossing the law to make money.
My dad is one of those Zero tech guy who does not know how to use a phone and all its features. He do not know how to save a contact in the phone thus he carries a diary with phone numbers and dial it in his mobile phone. He do not even know how to read, send or delete the messages in his inbox and every now and then he takes the help of people like us to do it for him. It seems airtel is activating value added services without the user requesting for it by just sending a message which basically reads like "we have activated a service on your phone and if you do not want this service call us and cancel it" or "We have activated a service on your phone and you have XX amount of time to call us and cancel it.". My dad does not know how to read or write messages so he neglects such messages but he realized that whenever he charged his prepaid mobile phone with more than 100Rs the money was spent almost instantaneously. We only realized it when my elder brother read the messages from airtel in his inbox. I inquired few of my friends and relatives to dig on this and it was seriously a shocking revelation. Airtel seems to know (they might have their SIM programmed to do so) whether a user reads his messages are not and they already have the data of how many messages a user sends per month. My dad sends or reads zero messages hence they can easily make a database of users like my dad who do not see, read, write messages (sms services) and conclude that these users are either not that literate or will not go to court and sue them hence they can activate such plans and take money from the user. My dad was losing his money every now and then per month without knowing about such draconian methods by airtel. Even if a user goes to consumer court airtel will pay the fine of 1000Rs and it will still continue to do the same to millions of other users (most of the rural, semi urban users like my dad or not that illiterate to read and understand every english text message) and they make millions. Indians especially hindus are insanely tolerant people and they do everything to stay away from courts out of fear and other factors and these corporations know that out of these millions no one will file a case on them in the civil court (not the consumer court) and even if they do no TV Channel or Newspaper reports it because they will lose a top advertiser for their TV Channel or news paper so end of the day irrespective of the cases or complaints airtel will continue to make money unlawfully from the poor and illiterate since they are always a soft target.

The desperation of non vegetarians

The goal of this article is to declare that food habits are a personal choice and it should remain personal but should not become a means to achieve a cheap entertainment and amusement by trying to show the others who differ from your food habits as people who are lesser than you or your community.
I have noticed non vegetarians make fun of vegetarians many times but I used to neglect at it and laugh at it until recently I saw some bizarre illogical attempts to defend non vegetarian habits by offending vegetarians. It seems all non vegetarians are at the 2nd level of Mahatma Gandhi's thesis.First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win. Now they are at a laughing stage. I honestly believe that food habits are a personal choic and not a matter to be made fun of others.
I would just like to take on some of the recent arguments put forth by non vegetarians
Argument 1: Killing innocent (plants with trees) is more barbaric than killing animals which have senses.
I would like quote dr. zakir naik who says If I have 2 brothers one who is deff and blind and another who has all his senses working. If tomorrow some criminal comes to my house and asks me that You have to let me kill any one of your brother then If I say kill the one who is deff and blind since he has 2 less senses then that would be a greater sin then letting kill my other brother who has all of his senses. In the same way killing plants and trees who has less senses unlike animals is more barbaric and sinful than killing animals for food.
Answer : Let us agree that killing plants and trees is more barbaric than killing animals for food.Lets give barbaric points in numbers.
consume meat =2
consume plants =3
A typical non veg food contains meat (chicken, mutton, fish etc) and plants (edible oil, spices, rice etc) where as veg good contains only plants. Hence
Non Vegetarian = plants(edible oil, spices, rice etc)+meat(chicken, mutton, fish etc)
=3+2
Non Vegetarian=5
Hence being non vegetarian is much barbaric and cruel than being vegetarian.
All of the non veg foods need the animals or birds to be killed where as most of the vegetarian foods like corn, fruits and many does not involve killing of plants.

Arguement 2 : Plants produce oxygen, animals overpopulate so go green by not killing plants and eat animals.
One animal or bird bred in poultry or anywhere else for slaughter consumes atleast 20 people's veg food in its lifetime. So if a veg meal kills x number of plants stopping y amount of oxygen to be produced then a full chicken meal kills 20x number of plants and 20y amount of oxygen produced. The animal or bird thus produced also consumes oxygen and releases carbon dioxide thus burdening the existing trees and plants.
Vegetarian meal=X(plants)+Y(oxygen)
Non Vegetarian meal=20X(plants)+20Y(oxygen)
The 20X amount of veg food consumed could have been used to feed 20 starving kids in africa, so every time you eat non-veg please remember that you are eating one non veg meal by keeping the 20 kids hungry elsewhere in the world.

Argument 3 : Non veg food makes you stronger than the vegetarian food
Usually people give examples of tiger, lion and other carnivorous animals when they are referring about strength. I have a new hp laptop now and this also has the same issue. Now its understandable if you cannot change license on a video which contains someone else's content like a background music but i today tried to change the license on many of my 100% own made videos with my own content but it says ' you do not have permission to change license on these videos' now you might wonder why youtube dont want you to use the creative commons license instead of their youtube standard license. Let us look at another clause of youtube end user license agreement where you are allowed to disable ads on videos of containing your own content but having a willfully creative bug like this which will by default not allow you to change youtube license and it is impossible to contact youtube for any issues you are left with no choice but to face ads everytime. That means this bug seems to be very useful to youtube>google to make a lot of money where they are giving you an option to opt out of ads and that option will not work.

When i bought my new expensive android phone i was all excited not just because of buying a new phone but once again choosing to be with an open-source technology but that feeling did not last long. After few days struggling with it i realized that open source has been a victim of exploitation from the beginning. Everybody want to be benefited from open source but no body wants to pay it back or show some respect to it and the least of all is android phones. The main and the only reason android became more favorable than iOS so quickly is because it is an open source software. Linux is a major part of the GNU movement or the open-source movement and the fact that android OS is based on Linux but none of the android devices support Linux is the heights of hypocrisy. There are no android devices in the market which has a sync software for Linux (I hope Richard Stallman won't be upset for using Linux instead of GNU/Linux). If Linux is the main player which popularized the concept of open source then Ubuntu is the Linux OS which popularized the Linux and it is bewildering to know that none of the android phones have a syncing software for Linux operating systems. It is more painful to know that Google which is behind the android movement is planning its chrome OS based on Linux for computers is not giving any attention to it. Unable to add VMXNET 3 with solaris 10 update 5.x on ESX 4.0

ISSUE:
After adding the VMXNET 3 and installing the driver and rebooting the VM customer is unable to connect to the network and ifconfig –a will not show the VMXNET 3 interface. Customer has the latest VMware tools installed.
ENVIRONMENT:
VMware OS: ESX 4.0 Update 1
VM OS: Solaris 10 (Update 5)
SOLUTION:
Take a snapshot before trying any of the steps below as a precaution.
*Install the e1000 ethernet interface on the Solaris VM.
*Install the latest VMware tools on the VM.
*Power off the VM.
*Install the second NIC onto a solaris VM using the VMXNET 3 driver.
*ifconfig VMXNET3s0 plumb
*ifconfig e1000g0 unplumb
*mv /etc/hostname.e1000g0 /etc/hostname.VMXNET3s0
*reboot the VM
CAUSE:
This particular issue was an ongoing issue with the ESX 3.5. The /etc/hostname.xxxx file tells the solaris which network interface has to be used and even though the VMXNET 3 drivers are installed properly the /etc/hostname.xxxx has to be changed or edited to inform the solaris which network interface has to be used and in this scenario we have to changed it to /etc/hostname.VMXNET3s0 so that the solaris will try to use the VMXNET 3 network interface.
Note:
1] Do not remove the e1000 interface from the VMware VM configuration.
2] If the VM is using the DHCP then do the following as well
mv /etc/dhcp.e1000g1 /etc/dhcp.VMXNET3s0

For years people have been debating that reservation is bad for a nation and it should be stopped but i say that ultimately reservations for minority will only make them slaves against the majority in the long run. For example:- a student from scheduled cast and scheduled tribe with low scores will get an engineering seat in a reputed college instead of a student from brahmin or any other upper community because of reservation. When that student who got an engineering seat because of his cast but not because of his talent finishes his engineering again with low scores he will still get a government job because of reservation against a student from a hindu brahmin community because he has no reservation. People belonging to a cast or community which has been granted reservations category are usually categorised as RC or reservation category and people belonging to communities with no reservation fall under GM or general merit. When you consider a RC engineer handles a project versus a GM engineer handling a project the project handled by an engineer from the GM will be better than the other one since he came to that position by talent but not because of birth rights.
Let us look at a more delicate issue and let us consider the situations where a physician from the RC performing a surgery and another physician from the GM performing a surgery. In this case the success rates of GM performing a surgery are much higher with the low mortality chances since he became a physician because of this talent but not because of his caste or religion. Politicians are using this and providing the RC or the minority with more unfair privileges so that they win their vote but still keep them weak and naive. It is a scientific fact that IF you are strong or wise then it is most likely that your offspring will also inherit your qualities of strength and wisdom genetically. I bought a LG touchscreen phone for 12, 000 6 months ago for its dual sim functionality and later realized that it was the worst choice that i have made so far when it comes to choosing my electronic gadgets. My Screwed Up Life and Career in HP

After my graduation in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) I joined a small call center called Vanguard which was one of the biggest payer (salary) for the freshers at that time in 2005. My job was to call American citizens and sell the Earth-link dial up internet connection by lieng to them that it is 10 times faster than a dial up service and I did well till the Vanguard closed down after a year (of course not because of me) and we did not get paid for the last 2 months. I remember that we were made to stand up on the chair and take calls if we don't meet the daily sales target and we were denied of any toilet or dinner break if we don’t make a single sale at that day even though we all use to work night shifts .
It has been nearly 5 years of continuous graveyard or night shifts but I am still a 27 year old loser working from nearly 2006 in the worlds so called biggest multi-national technology company who doesn't have a driving license, learning license, cycle, car, bike, house, property, girlfriend, dope, drinks or even a smoking habit not because I don't want any of these but simply I just cant afford to spend a penny on them. It has been nearly 3 years with no hike, recognition, reward or whatever the heck they call it. People are being moved to the positions with higher responsibilities and higher grade which requires more hard work but are not being paid anything extra and in some instances being paid lesser than what they were being paid earlier but they still want to call it as a movement instead of a promotion because a movement is a promotion with no or negative salary hike but with more work and responsibility. Company continues to hire people from outside who do not know the tale and head of a CPU or a RAM but they get paid twice or more than what we are getting after so many years. We become dearer only when the annual survey or Voice Of Workforce (VOW) is near and after that it is the same old story till the next annual survey.
Many times I have felt like killing or get killed or commit suicide and end my miserable life with a bullet in the head and luckily I am too poor to afford a water-gun but it seems that I am a satanist or a sadist who likes pain and punishment and want to get more pain and misery from here for what I have already got from the hell.
Why am I not able to leave?
I do not blame the company entirely. I always said that it is the employees fault who stay in that company believing the false promises and assurances of the management who are only getting paid to keep us stupid and make us work more for as less as possible. If I go to a store and I see 2 good apples with same quality but one costing 2 times the other, I will definitely buy the other one which has the same quality with a low price tag. An organization is also the same way. If they find 2 good candidates for a job and one of them is cheaper than the other then they will definitely go for a cheaper candidate. The only reason the guys in India are being offered the outsourced jobs because we are damn cheap!. Cheaper than their regular US tech who charges per hour where as our salary per month is less or same as as his daily wage.
You might be thinking why these stupid employees keep wining and complaining about how bad it is here and how good it is in other companies like EMC2, VMware, Dell, IBM and Cisco etc but if they are so good enough to get it then why are they still here in this company. You might not believe if I say why. The recruiters of other companies fall out of their chair as soon as they hear the amount of low salary that we are receiving here when compared to the position that we have applied for and our total experience and talent, then they will start thinking like a typical HR such as
'a)This employee from such a branded company after so many years of experience is getting such a low pay then he should have definitely been the low performer from all these years or he must have some behavioral issues and I am sure he will/should agree whatever less amount that I have to offer' (or)
b) Since he is so talented and experienced technician and he is getting such a low payment I am sure even if I offer a way lesser pay than the current market standards but only a little higher than what he is getting currently then definitely he will agree for it because he should be frustrated with his previous organization'.
Here we go again. Engineers like us prefer to stay in a disparity of 80% or 100% compared to the new comers in the existing company than rather go to a new company and stay in a disparity of around 150% to 200% which is really a huge blow to anybody's ego. What I mean to say is in my current company I might be getting 2 times less than a new comer or a fellow colleague but if I go to a new company then I will get nearly 200% less than what others are getting but still doing the same job but performing better. It is not the salary alone which matters but it is the amount of value given to you which matters the most. Even though you are contributing significantly to the department you still get 2 to 3 times less than someone who is very new and his performance stinks then we start feeling like worthless. They get the leaves but we don't, they get the attention but we don't because management already knows that you are going to stay here in the company so they are not worried about you since you are going to serve the company and continue contributing anyway and why should they waste their attention and energy on satisfying you.
One classic example is me. I started in my present company in 2006 and I was at grade 3 in the same department for more than 3 years with the same salary and I got promoted to grade 6 (I am the first one ever in the company's history to get promoted from my current grade/position/department to VMware directly because of my caliber, performance and learning capacity) when I got promoted to VMware department inside the company and I got no salary hike that means now I am 3 grade above than a new comer in the old department but I get 2-3 times less pay than anyone of them who are below my grade.
Nearly from the last 3 years there has not been a significant change in our salary but still just like a 'harry potter's magic wand' the annual employees survey shows that the employment satisfaction rate in these years where there has been no salary hike is higher than the years when everybody got a fair hike based on their performance. This definitely makes anyone wonder how can be that possible unless it is not carried out the way they say it should be carried out.
We spend our nights at office resolving customer's technical issues with company's products and spend our day learning new technology at home since there is almost no or least considerable amount of training from the company so in a way we spent our entire day and night for the company but still..... Basically I don't know when I am going to end my life and everyday I seriously consider doing it; hopefully it will happen in an accident or I will get hit by a lightning or car. I want a sudden and painless death. I know there is something called (SOBC) standards of business conduct but that does not say anything about employees well being or justice such as how can I be 3 grades above than a person but I still get 2-3 times less than him? Or how can I be promoted but my salary is demoted? Or how can there be people telling or making us give them whatever rating that they want in VOW – Voice Of Workforce by sending people to our desk and making us rate whatever they want instead of what we feel is right?

Mark the date and time of this post. From many months most of the youtube users are unable post comment on videos. Especially repeated comments (you comment, someone replies to ur comment and you wanna comment back) for the same topic is a lot of hassle.Here is how it is done?
When you type your comment to an ongoing discussion and click on post it will say "error, try again" and your comment will not be posted. I was using firefox so i tried it in IE 8 but no success. I tried it google chrome and it was successful. so whenever I had issues like this (almost 80% of the times i did) i tried google chrome and it worked. So, i thought its google's unethical way to promote its product but that was not enough to push me to use chrome instead of firefox, but the success rate with chrome was not 100%.
Benefits to google form this
**you will spend more time on youtube (google owns youtube)to try post a comment by trying all different browsers and you will find that chrome (again owned by google) will is more successful and you might (most of them do) switch to chrome.
When you spend 10 minutes to try post a comment instead of 10 minutes youtube/google makes 10 times more money with 9 minutes of extra adtime.
*you will also spend a lot of time on their search engine google to some answers about this problem and shockingly many have faced this problem but none has the resolution and webpages with solution has been removed from youtube help page.
BOTTOMLINE:more money for google and more frustration for you.

First we started hearing news about the swine flu a year ago in some countries and it stopped for a while but a few weeks ago the only thing on the news was swine flu especially in India. The Irony is millions die due to AIDS which is a deadly disease and nobody wears a condom but what the fuck 3 people got infected with virus and the entire nation starts wear a mask for a disease which is not deadly at all.
I always use to wonder why media is making such a big fuss about it rather than giving some useful tips on how to avoid it. The media did it best to scare the people very well and I was kept wondering “My god is this what happens when more than 99% of our nations media is owned by foreign Christian churches and missionaries who pay in millions every year for these news channels”. I don’t hate any religion or any missionaries but I don’t see why a church needs to own a news channel like NDTV and fund it with millions and millions of dollars every year and where the heck does that money comes from…anyway that’s not the topic here. Whenever I accidently saw the TV it was always about the swine flu and I knew that a platform is being prepared for something bigger and I was right. The Vaccine from the Baxter company, it was almost like they knew the swine flu is coming and they had it prepared…what the hell… Let me break it down for you. It was like a hero was born and prepared the birth of a villain or a villain was created and spread so that their hero will have a better warrior to fight. Every hero needs a villain and the baxter’s swine flu needed swine flu. If you have seen Tom Cruise’s MI:2 you will know what I am talking about. I do not have any proof to say that baxter made it spread first and then released the vaccination later and made the Times Of India print in bold headlines stating that “Every body is buying vaccines and why india is not buying and government bought the vaccines in the next morning as if they were waiting for Times of india to print it as if everything was pre planned…I cannot confirm these details but all I am saying is why? Why nobody is raising these questions openly in media. If they are afraid then what are they afraid of and whom are they afraid of and was the media already booked in these to do what they are told to do…>>>????!!!

Why Linux will never make it big??

For most of the linux users and admirers out there this might come as a jolt but i gotta be frank with you guys when i am expressing my views.
If somebody says that linux is the future and it will overtake or replace the windows as the first choice as a desktop OS then they are dead wrong. Lemme tell you why. Linux sources[redhat, suse, mandriva, ubuntu....]are trying to get some market share by concentrating mainly on the business and thats how the microsoft did it when it was young but the things have changed now. Today's normal user is the future advanced user and an advanced user is the one who will employ his favorite OS in a business if he ever launches his own business.
Lets assume that i am a beginner with computers and if i have a linux and i dont have internet at home then i will be in deep pain and trouble because as a normal user i would like to play movies and songs and play games. Even with the famous ubuntu i will not be able to play any movies or play music since i need the codecs like DIVX and it is a shame that WE CANNOT EVEN PLAY MP3 SONGS. Please don't forget that i am a beginner and i don't know what is this codec and i think i need support on this or i may even buy such codec somewhere and then install at home where as on the other hand my friend who is also a beginner with computers is playing his music loud and a free player which plays almost any audio and video file and he is causing envy and you know what he is using windows!!! [xp/vista] and he is telling how amazing the new crysis or the warcraft game is however i am stuck with this opensuse/mandriva/fedora/redhat OS which i don't know how to use it.
It is very shameful and embarrassing to say that these guys have done such a difficult and wonderful job in designing a linux based OS but they don;t know how to design a codec to play basic movies and songs. The windows was/is and always will be the unquestionable leader in the desktop platform and thus in the business environment too since only the system admins and server level techs will deploy and use the linux where as the rest of the production unit or the employees will use only windows. The vast availability of the applications and tools to perform various tasks with windows is limitless where as for linux if you want a particular application to be developed for your business then you do not know where to look or even where to start.
If you would like to perform a task and you need a software for that then with windows platform you have many options, with Mac you have less optins where as with linux you have very few options.
It is acceptable that such codecs cannot be shipped with the linux operating system but it is not acceptable to see that there is no simple way of installing linux codecs. You need to have an internet connection to install these codecs and offline installation of downloaded codecs is almost impossible for a newcomer to linux.
Linux vendors like NOVELL and REDHAT spend more time in dissing Microsoft and less time in developing tools to make its user's life easier.

Data Verification Failed : Finally Solved

Hi friends,
I think so far what i have done is the most extensive troublshooting to solve this problem. Though i am not sure about the root cause about the problem but the resolution what i got is unquestionable.

The softwares i used so far
nero 6
nero 7
nero 8
nero 8 lite
roxio
ashampoo
dvdinfo pro
all these softwares told me that the data verifaction failed.
one thing i observed was that the sectors in which the data verifaction failed every time was different and the unit was freezing up if i try to use those CDs/DVDs where the data verification was failed.
Later i observed that the data verification failed mostly at the end of the Cd or DVD that means as the dvd/cd reading optical head or reader inside moved away from the centre and near to the edge the data verification failed and it might be due to the fact that the reading writing head was not properly aligned to the tracks on the cd/dvd while writing or dvd as it moved away from the centre.
The above thought made me change my ide DVDRW drive to a SATA DVDRW[both were samsung unfortunately, and on the web most of them have issue with only samsung drives and i advice you not to go for samsung] but no go.
Please remember that i tried burning the CDs in vista and as well as in windows xp but no go.
I reinstalled the Operating System but no go.
I reinstalled burning softwares several times but no go.
I tried sony CDs/DVDs and i tried other medias too but no go
I tried different optical drive but no go
I tried replacing the IDE and the sata cable but no go
I tried updating the BIOS and burning the discs but no go
I tried updating the firmware but no go
I tried burning with different branded cd/dvds but no go
I changed the DMA to PIO through it took time but the errors were still there in a small amount[
device manager>ide atapi>right click properties>change DMA to PIO only]
I tried burning cds/dvds with only one memory at a time but no go
I tried a different power supply[though it was lame to associate this issue with the power supply but i don' wanted to leave any stone unturned]
I tried replacing my intel 946gzis microatx board but no go
I TRIED WITH A ASUS SYSTEM BOARD AND THE ISSUE RESOLVED.

Conclusion:
It might due to the intel chioset drivers for that system board which were causing that problem or the system board itself but please note that the asus system board that i am using is a intel chipset based system board.

I recommend;
Please try a newer chipset driver for the system board and if that does not work then try an older version of the chipset driver.

Chipset is the one which controls the movement of the data in the unit. so whenever these is an issue with the data transmission it has to be the chipset.
Please try the same optical drive that you have in your friend's computer who is using a different chipset/motherboard and you will come to know what is the source of the problem

Requirements:

[Please note that the same can be done for the izotope which works with winamp]

1. A Cracked or original DFX for Winamp

2. K Lite Mega Codec Pack [or FFD Show Audio Decoder would be enough]

In this article I would like to show you how we can use a “DFX audio “ for other supported & non supported players through DFX for Winamp only.

As we all know we have to buy separate DFX for each players but here I would like to help you to save some money by using just on DFX for all the palyers.

A.DFX for Winamp

1. Install Winamp

2. Install the DFX for Winamp [a valid or either by crack]

3. Open Winamp and then

Options>Preferences>DSP/Effect and select DFX [dsp_dfx.dll]

4. Click on Configure active plug in and a window will pop up saying “Display DFX Control screen when winamp is started”; click Ok

Enjoy DFX with Winamp

B. DFX for K Lite Mega Codec Media Player Classic

1. Install any version of K Lite Codec Mega Pack [& by default which contains ffdshow audio decoder]

2. Go to

Start>all Programs>K Lite Codec Pack>Configaration>ffdshow audio decoder and the ffdshow audio decoder window will pop up

3. On the left side click on

Direct Show Control and on the right hand you will see a slide bar and drag the bar to the right so that the merit is set to either default or very high

4. On the left hand side please put a check mark on winamp 2 and click on winamp 2 and you will see

5. Click on DFX,

Put a Check mark for winamp DSP,

Click on configure and click ok for the pop up window which says “Display DFX Control screen when winamp is started”

Now you will enjoy DFX for winamp whenever you play any video with Classis Media Player or from K Lite Player.

C. DFX for Gom Player

1. Install Gom Player

2. Make sure you put a disable the ffdshow audio decoder in the gom aplayer [since it has known issue where even without the dfx installed gom player gives a buzzing sound if the ffdshow audio decoder is present in the unit]

Preferences>filter and check ffdshow audio decoder

3. Click on Preferences>Audio>Plug-in>DFX[dsp_dfx.dll]

D.DFX FOR WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER 11

1. Install windows media player 11

2. Play any movies or audio and the DFX for winamp will pop and enjoy it and if not change the ffdshow audio decoder direct show control merit to very high.

E. Doubel DFX for Windows Media Player 11

1. Install DFX for windows media player 11 [both licensed and cracked one works just fine]

2. Open windows media player 11 right click on the empty space at the top and go to

Tools>Plug-ins and put a check mark on DFX Audio Enahncement and DFX User Interface

Enjoy both the DFX Effect on yout windows media player 11

Note:

Sometimes DFX will not pop up and you won’t get the DFX effect in players other than winamp only because the player is using an audio decoder other than ffdshow audio decoder.

If there is any other player which supports winamp plug-in like gom player or ffdshow audio decoder then you can use the DFX in that player too.
